GUSH hasn't launched yet. Right now this site exists to share what we're building and to let you join our waitlist. You can't buy anything here yet, and nothing on this site is an offer to sell you a product. When we do launch, purchases will be governed by separate Terms & Conditions of Sale, which you'll see and agree to before you buy anything.

The waitlist

Joining our waitlist means we'll keep your details (as described in our Privacy Policy] and contact you about the launch, pricing, and taster opportunities.
 

A few honest points about what the waitlist is and isn't:

• It's not a purchase or a binding order. Joining reserves your interest, not a product. You're not committing to buy, and we're not committing to sell.

• Founding pricing is indicative. Any founding-member pricing we mention (for example, a locked monthly rate) reflects our current intention. The final terms, price, and any conditions will be confirmed when we launch, and joining the waitlist doesn't create a binding price guarantee before then. We'll always be upfront about the actual terms before you pay anything.

• Places may be limited. Where we offer a limited number of founding spots, we'll allocate them fairly, but we can't guarantee availability.

Our content

Everything on this site — our name, logo, branding, text, images, and design — belongs to us or is used with permission. You're welcome to view it and share links to it, but please don't copy, reproduce, or use it commercially without asking us first.

Using the site fairly

Please use the site lawfully and reasonably. Don't try to interfere with how it works, gain unauthorised access, upload anything harmful, or use it in a way that could damage GUSH or other visitors. We may restrict access if someone misuses the site.

About our products (important)

When GUSH products launch, they will be food supplements, not medicines. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any illness or medical condition, and they are not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle.

Anything on this site about ingredients, cycle phases, or wellbeing is general information, not medical advice. If you're pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication, or have a health condition, please speak to your doctor or a qualified healthcare professional before taking any supplement. Always read the product label.

We work hard to keep the site accurate and available, but we can't promise it will always be error-free, uninterrupted, or completely up to date. Information here is provided for general purposes, and we may change or remove it at any time without notice.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for anything that can't legally be limited — for example, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or fraud. Beyond that, to the extent the law allows, we won't be liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of (or inability to use) this website, or from reliance on any information on it. Because this is an informational, pre-launch site with no purchases, this is intended to be a sensible, everyday limit rather than anything unusual.

As GUSH grows — especially as we move toward launch — we'll update these terms and change the "last updated" date above. Using the site after we update them means you accept the new version.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be dealt with by the courts of England and Wales.
